MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 148, October 25, 1996 ] DIRECTING ALL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, AGENCIES AND OFFICES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS, TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO THE ORGANIZERS OF WORLDBEX ’97 ON MARCH 19-23, 1997, TO ENSURE ITS SUCCESSFUL OBSERVANCE, AND URGING NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS TO EXTEND THEIR FULL COOPERATION THERETO.(awÞhi( The Worldbex ’97 will be held on March 19-23, 1997, at the World Trade Center, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Pasay City, during the observance of the Construction Week, as declared under Proclamation No. 650, Series of 1995. All government departments, agencies and offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, are enjoined to render assistance and support to the exhibition to ensure its successful observance.
