MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 138, November 29, 1995 ] DIRECTING ALL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, AGENCIES AND OFFICES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS TO EXTEND ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO THE ORGANIZERS OF WORLDBEX ’96 ON MARCH 26-29, 1996 to ENSURE ITS SUCCESSFUL OBSERVANCE AND URGING NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS TO EXTEND THEIR FULL COOPERATION. The Worldbex ’96 will be held on March 26-29, 1996 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Manila, Philippines during the observance of Construction Week as declared under Proclamation No. 650, current series.1aшphi1 All government departments, agencies and offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, are directed to extend their assistance and support to the exhibition to ensure its successful observance.
