MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 120, June 1, 1995 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONVENTION OF THE NUTRITIONIST-DIETITIANS’ ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, CEBU CHAPTER ON THE THEME “NUTRITIONIST-DIETITIAN UPDATES . . . IN PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE” The Nutritionist-Dietitians’ Association of the Philippines, Cebu Chapter, will conduct a two-day convention on the theme “Nutritionist-Dietitian Updates . . . in Pursuit of Excellence,” which will be held on July 20-21, 1995 in Cebu City. This Convention is intended to update the professional standards of nutritionist-dietitians, as well as enable them to earn professional unit hours for the renewal of their licenses. In this connection, heads of concerned national and local government offices are hereby authorized to send not more than two (2) participants to said convention on official business, with entitlement to registration fee, transportation expenses and per diems, chargeable against the allotment of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and to accounting and auditing requirements. Participants residing in Cebu City shall be entitled, outside from registration fee, to reasonable expenses for transportation only.1aшphi1 The participants shall, within fifteen (15) days thereafter, submit to their respective agency heads, copy furnished the Professional Regulation Commission, a complete report on their attendance or participation in the said activity. Likewise, within thirty (30) days after the Convention, the Association shall submit to this Office a general report and evaluation of the Convention, including a duly audited financial report and a list by offices of participants indicating their respective offices, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission and the Department of Budget and Management.
