AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE QUARTERLY MEETINGS OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS
The National Council of Career Executive Organizations (NCCESO) is the nationwide organization of Career Executive Service Officers (CESO) and Career Executive Service incumbents from the various departments of the executive branch of the government. The CESOs are the key career persons responsible for the effective operation of various departments in the government.1aшphi1
Quarterly meetings of the Governing Board and selected members of the NCCESO have been organized to discuss issues and problems and to update members on developments/new policies of the government.
In view of the significance of these quarterly meetings in facilitating the effective operation of the various departments and to ensure the attainment of the country’s development goals, officers of the NCCESO’s and other selected members are authorized to attend such meetings on official business with reasonable expenses for transportation, per diems and allowable expenses chargeable against their respective offices, subject to availability of funds and the usual accounting the auditing rules and regulations.
After a reasonable time thereafter, participants shall submit a report of the meeting and an action plan on the recommendations to the Office of their respective Department Secretaries, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission and this Office.
