MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 116, April 6, 1995 ] AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE SEMINAR/WORKSHOP WITH GOVERNMENT FINANCING INSTITUTIONS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS, TO BE HELD AT THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY IN MARAWI CITY ON APRIL 8-9, 1995 A seminar/workshop that will draw up agreements/covenants between and among NGO’s and concerned government agencies for the effective implementation of the government’s livelihood program will be held at the Mindanao State University in Marawi City on April 8-9, 1995.1aшphi1 Department Secretaries are hereby requested to support this undertaking by sending not more than two responsible officials who are based in the regional office nearest Marawi City to said seminar/workshop. Their participation shall be on official business. Within 30 days after the Seminar/Workshop, the organizers shall submit to this Office a report and evaluation of the Seminar and list of participants indicating their respective offices, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission.
