AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 42nd PSME NATIONAL CONVENTION
The Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) will hold its 42nd National Convention at Manila Midtown Hotel on October 26-29, 1994 on the theme: “Continuing Professional Education.” This convention aims to update the participants’ knowledge on Mechanical Engineering 2000,” as well as help them earn CPE units necessary in the renewal of their professional licenses.1aшphi1
In this connection, PSME members in national and local governments, as well as in government owned and controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to attend the convention on official time only, provided there will be no disruption of normal official activities/services in their respective agencies by reason thereof.
The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a complete report on their attendance or participation in the convention. Likewise, the organizers are requested to submit to this Office a general report and evaluation of the convention, with a list of participants from the government including their respective offices, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission.
