EXCUSING FROM OFFICE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WHO ARE REGISTERED VOTERS IN THE FIRST CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF RIZAL FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 11:00 A.M. OF MONDAY, MARCH 7, 1994

Government officials and employees who are registered voters in the First Congressional District of Rizal are hereby excused from office from 8 o’clock to 11 o’clock in the morning of Monday, March 7, 1994, to enable them to cast their votes in the special election for Congressmen to be held on that day.1aшphi1
