Memorandum Circular No. 73, dated September 8, 1993, entitled, “Authorizing Attendance in the Annual Conference of the Philippine Public Health Association, Inc., (PPHAI),” is hereby amended, so as to change the date of the holding of the conference from October 14-15 to October 21-22, 1993
