MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 39, March 30, 1993 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERS IN THE 43RD ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE SOCIETY OF AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERS (PSAE) TO BE HELD AT THE PHILIPPINE TRADE TRAINING CENTER ON APRIL 28–30, 1993.1aшphi1 The PSAE will conduct the 43rd Annual Convention to be held at the Philippine Trade Training Center on April 28–30, 1993, highlighting the celebration of the Fourth Philippine Agricultural Engineering Week on April 26–30, 1993. The participation of government agricultural engineers on official time is hereby authorized. Heads of agencies/offices concerned shall determine the number of participants, provided there will be no disruption of normal office services/activities. The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a complete report on their attendance or participation in the convention. Likewise, PSAE is requested to submit to this Office and the Civil Service Commission a general report and evaluation of the Convention, including a list by offices of participants from the government.
