MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 136, September 25, 1991 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 133 DATED 7 MAY 1991 ENTITLED “CREATING THE COMMITTEE ON THE PRESIDENT’S URGENT SERVICES FOR HOUSING” Memorandum Circular No. 133 dated May 7, 1991 creating the Committee on the President’s Urgent Services for Housing (PUSH) is hereby amended to designate the Chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) as Chairman of the said Committee.1aшphi1 The HUDCC shall provide technical and secretarial services to the Committee.
