MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 112, March 26, 1990 ] REACTIVATING THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON NATURALIZATION CREATED UNDER LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 270, DATED APRIL 11, 1975, AS AMENDED BY LETTERS OF INSTRUCTIONS NOS. 278, 283, 292 AND 491, DATED MAY 12,1975, JUNE 5,1975, JULY 9,1975 AND DECEMBER 29,1976, RESPECTIVELY The Special Committee on Naturalization (SCN) created under Letter of Instructions Nos. 270, dated April 11, 1975, as amended by Letters of Instructions Nos. 278, 283, 292, 491, dated May 12, 1975, June 5, 1975, July 9, 1975 and December 29,1976, respectively, is hereby reactivated.1aшphi1 Accordingly, the Solicitor General as SCN Chairman is hereby directed to reconvene the SCN with the Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs and the Director-General of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (formerly National Intelligence and Security Agency) as Members only for the limited purpose of acting on the pending petitions for naturalization of alien wives and minor children of persons already naturalized by decree.
