RECALLING OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OPINION NO. 42, DATED JULY 8, 1983

Pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 839, dated December 11, 1975, and Letter of Implementation No. 47, dated August 18, 1976, this Office hereby recalls its Opinion No. 42 dated July 8, 1983. Henceforth, all appeals from the decisions of the Professional Regulation Commission shall be taken to and decided by the Civil Service Commission. All appeals from the decisions of the Professional Regulation Commission pending before this Office shall immediately be indorsed to the Civil Service Commission, except those already decided but pending on motion for reconsideration that shall be disposed of in accordance with Executive Order No. 19, series of 1966, as amended.1aшphi1
