ENJOINING ALL MINISTRIES, BUREAUS, COMMISSIONS, OFFICES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS, TO COURSE THROUGH THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL VOLUNTEER SERVICE COORDINATING AGENCY (PNVSCA) ALL REQUESTS, AGREEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE AVAILMENT, SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION OF FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC VOLUNTEER SERVICES

WHEREAS, the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency is charged with the duty to coordinate and supervise all volunteer service programs in the country, as provided for under Executive Order No. 635, dated December 12, 1980, as amended;

WHEREAS, it is imperative that all volunteer service programs should be made to fit into the total national development goals;

WHEREFORE, all ministries, bureaus, commissions, offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations are enjoined to course through the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) all requests, agreements and other matters pertaining to the availment, supervision and coordination of volunteer services.1aшphi1
