RECALLING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1266

TO: The Minister of Justice

All Concerned

Under Section 8, Article VII of the Constitution, the President shall have control of the Ministries. Thus, effective immediately, Memorandum Circular No. 1266 is hereby recalled, and all decisions, resolutions and orders of the Ministry of Justice in criminal cases elevated to the said Ministryor review may be appealable to the Office of the President within thirty (30) days from notice of the decision, resolution or order appealed from.

The provisions of Executive Order No. 19, as amended, shall, as far as applicable, govern appeals from the Ministry of Justice.1aшphi1
