MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1260, July 5, 1983 ] REITERATING THE REPRESENTATION OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT IN ALL NATIONAL INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEES AND ALL GOVERNMENT NEGOTIATING PANELS Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 1142 dated 22 May 1979, the Office of the President through the Presidential Management Staff shall be represented in all National Inter-Agency Committees and all government negotiating panels on trade, finance, energy and all other development sectors of government here and abroad. In this regard, it is hereby reiterated that the Office of the President through the Presidential Management Staff should be represented in every scheduled inter-agency meetings and in the composition of Philippine government delegations for foreign and domestic negotiations, to include other Philippine commitments/interest here and abroad.
