MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1253, February 24, 1983 ] AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF A SEMINAR-WORKSHOP TO RATIONALIZE EVALUATION OF NON-INFRASTRUCTURE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS In line with the Joint Task Force Project of the Office of the President, through the Central Tender Board and the U.P. Law Center of finding ways to rationalize the various facets and dimensions of government contracts and to eliminate red tape, the Task Force is hereby authorized to hold a series of seminar-workshops in April to May 1983 in order to arrive at the desired objectives. In this connection, all government agencies and instrumentalities are hereby enjoined to send their representatives to the said seminar-workshops whose registration fees will be shouldered by the respective agency concerned.1aшphi1 By Authority of the President: (Sgd.)
