DIRECTING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES CONCERNED TO GIVE MAXIMUM SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL TESTING CENTER, MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE, IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONDUCT OF ANNUAL NATIONAL COLLEGE ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS (NCEE).
The National Educational Testing Center (NETC), Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC), is charged with the duty of administering the National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) required of all high school graduates seeking admission to post-secondary degree programs, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 146, dated March 9, 1973.
The examinations are conducted annually in different examination centers throughout the country and are participated in by hundreds of thousands of examinees. In order to enable the Center to undertake its task effectively and efficiently, it is hereby directed that:
a. The Ministry of National Defenses (MND), the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), the National Intelligence and Security Authority (NISA), the Integrated National Police (INP), and the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), extend maximum support and assistance to ensure full security and smooth administration of the examinations;
b. The Ministry of Local Government. (MLG), the Philippine National Railways (PNR), the Philippine Airlines (PAL), the Ministry of Public Works and Highways (MPWH), the National Irrigation Administration (NIA), and the National Food Authority (NFA), share such travel facilities as may deemed necessary for the smooth implementation of the aforementioned examination; and
c. The Office of Media Affairs (OMA) and the National Computer Center (NCC) extend maximum support and Assistance relative to the dissemination of essential information pertaining to the holding of the examinations throughout the country and the computerized processing of the test papers and results, respectively.1aшphi1
