MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1242, May 26, 1982 ] DIRECTING ALL HEADS OF MINISTRIES, AGENCIES AND OTHER INSTRUMENTALITIES OF GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS TO SUBMIT TO THE PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT STAFF AN INVENTORY OF THEIR PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS Pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 830 dated 19 March 1979 and Executive Order No. 601 dated 17 June 1980, the Presidential Management Staff is tasked, among others, to monitor the implementation of all government programs and projects and to maintain a data bank on the progress and status of project implementation. In view of this, all heads of ministries, agencies and other instrumentalities of government, including all government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby directed to submit to the Presidential Management Staff, on or before June 10, 1982, an inventory of all on-going programs and projects of their respective offices.1aшphi1 This Circular shall take effect immediately.
