MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1239, April 5, 1982 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1237 REQUIRING ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES TO TRAVEL VIA PHILIPPINE AIRLINES OR ITS CONNECTIONS, AND MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1238 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF. Memorandum Circular Nos. 1237 and 1238, dated March 10, 1982 and March 29, 1982, respectively, are hereby amended so as to require all government officials and employees traveling abroad at their own expense while on leave of absence to travel via Philippine Airlines, and/or its connecting airlines in case the point of destination is not served by PAL For this purpose, they shall avail of the reservation and ticketing services of the PAL Government Travel and Ticketing Office located at S & L Building, 1500 Roxas Boulevard, Manila.
