MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1234, February 10, 1982 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE FIRST QUARTERLY GENERAL MEETING OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION (BUDIRAS), INC. The Bureau Director’s’ Association, Inc., which is composed of top career service officers in the Government , will hold its First Quarterly General Meeting at the Manila Hotel Fiesta Pavilion on February 18, 1982.1aшphi1 This quarterly meeting is timely and significant considering the need to stress upon the members of the BUDIRAS the role they are called upon to discharge not only to ensure but also accelerate the attainment of the goals and objectives of the New Republic. In view of the foregoing, all members of the BUDIRAS are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on official time, provided that no government expense is involved in connection therewith, except the payment of registration fee of P500.00 each, chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Letter of Instructions No. 1098 dated January 5. 1981.
