MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1233, February 10, 1982 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE VETERINARY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION (PVMA) In order to enable all members of the PVMA to participate in the conference of the association to be held in Manila from February 18-19, 1982, all veterinarians of the government, including those employed in universities and government-owned and controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to attend the said conference on official time with expenses for transportation only plus P150.00 for conference fee per participant, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices in accordance with existing regulations, subject to the availability of funds and to the usual accounting and auditing requirements of the government. The participants shall submit to their respective offices a complete report on their attendance and participation in the conference as required by Memorandum Circular No. 987 dated June 10, 1977.1aшphi1 (Sgd.)
