ENJOINING HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND INSTRUMENTALITIES IN THE MINDANAO AREA TO EXTEND THEIR ASSISTANCE TO THE FIRST MINDANAO FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM CONGRESS.

In order to ensure the success of the First Mindanao Future Leaders Program Congress in the acceleration of National Development, all heads of agencies and instrumentalities of the government in Regions IX, X, XI and XII, are hereby enjoined to extend whatever assistance they can in the initial preparations and during the actual holding of the Congress in Davao City sometime this Summer of 1982.
