MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1222, October 21, 1981 ] AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE ON OFFICIAL TIME OF OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (CESDPAA) IN A CONFERENCE WITH THE FIRST LADY ON KILUSANG KABUHAYAN AT KAUNLARAN (K.K.K.) In view of the need for greater involvement of all concerned, especially those at the helm of the national government machinery, in the new government thrust for the development of national livelihood known as the KILUSANG KABUHAYAN AT KAUNLARAN (K.K.K.), the First Lady, Madame Imelda Romualdez Marcos, in her capacity as Secretary-General of the K.K.K. has scheduled a conference with the officers and members of the Career Executive Service Development Program Alumni Association (CESDPAA) at the university of Life from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:03 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 23 and 24, 1981. In this connection, all heads of government ministries, bureaus and offices are hereby enjoined to authorize their subordinate officials who are members of the CESDPAA to attend the aforementioned conference on official time with reasonable transportation expenses chargeable against the funds of their respective offices.
