URGING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES CONCERNED TO GIVE MAXIMUM SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION IN THE CONDUCT OF THE 1981 CAREER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL AND SUBPROFESSIONAL EXAMINATIONS
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission is charged with the duty of administering the Career service Professional and Subprofessional examinations;
WHEREAS, the Career Service Professional and Subprofessional examinations are scheduled on December 6, 1981 in at least 62 examination centers throughout the country;
WHEREFORE, the Ministry of National Defense through the Office of the Deputy Minister for Civilian Relations, the Philippine Constabulary, the Philippine Air Force, the Philippine Navy, the Integrated National Police, and the National Intelligence and Security Authority are requested to extend maximum support and assistance to the Civil Service Commission to ensure full security and smooth administration of the 1981 Career Service Professional and Subprofessional examinations;
The Ministry of Public Information, the National Media Production Center, the Philippine Airlines, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the Philippine National Railways, and the National Computer Center are likewise enjoined to extend maximum support and assistance relative to the dissemination of essential information on the holding of the examinations, the utilization of communication facilities throughout the country, the transport of examination materials and personnel, and the computer processing of the results, respectively;
The Deputy Minister of National Defense, the Commanding General of the Aviation Security Command, and the Commissioner of Customs are requested to exempt from ordinary inspection all classified materials pertinent to the Career Service Professional and Subprofessional examinations;
The Minister of Education and Culture, the Minister of Finance, the Chairman of the Commission on Audit, whose representatives may be designated by the Commissioners or the Regional Directors of the Civil Service Commission, to compose the Regional Examination Committees and the Local Examination Committees to be established in provincial/city capitals where the examinations will be held, are requested to extend maximum support and assistance in all matters relative to the conduct and administration of the examinations.1aшphi1
