DIRECTING THE SUBMISSION OF ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
In connection with the on-going review and accounting of all significant achievements of the government under the New Society, as well as the current program thrust and realignment of government priorities, there is the need to gather, compile and consolidate all vital information about essential government activities, programs and projects.
in view of the aforementioned need, and pursuant to the instructions of the President, all ministries, offices and agencies of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations, are hereby directed to submit to the Office of the President their accomplishment reports. The reports shall cover the period 1972-1980 and shall be written in a clear language that may easily be understood by the non-technical reader or layman, comprehensively highlighting the achievements on the various development programs and project implementation, backed up by statistics if any, with recommendations on matters that require Presidential attention and decision.
The reports mentioned above shall be submitted to the Office of the President not later than February 28, 1981.1aшphi1
