For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached herewith is a set of documents embodying the guidelines for the computation and payment of price escalations of infrastructure contracts which have been approved by His Excellency, the President of the Philippines. These guidelines shall serve as a supplement to the guidelines/procedures to implement the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1594 prescribing policies, guidelines, rules and regulations for government infrastructure contracts.1aшphi1
