SUBJECT: Authority for heads of administrative units, budget officers and personnel officers of the government to attend a conference on the Home Development Mutual Fund, (HDMF) at the Philippine International Convention Center on March 27, 1980. In view of the great clamor among government employees to become members of the Home Development Mutual Fund, otherwise known as PAG-IBIG Fund, all heads of administrative units, budget officers, and personnel officers of national and local government agencies, government-owned or controlled corporations and other government instrumentalities are hereby enjoined/authorized to attend on official time a conference on said Fund at the Philippine International Convention Center on March 27, 1980.1aшphi1 (Sgd.)
