MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1185, March 24, 1980 ] TO: All Heads of Offices of National and Local Government Agencies, Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations and other Government Instrumentalities and All Others Concerned. SUBJECT: Authority for employees to attend in-house briefing-seminars on membership in the PAG-I.B.I.G. HOUSING PROGRAM to be conducted by NATIONAL HOME MORTAGE FINANCE CORPORATION. In view of the need to enable employees participating in the PAG-IBIG Housing Program of the Government as implemented by the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to clearly and accurately know and understand the procedures, benefits derivable, procedure for availing of benefits, and requirements and obligations entailed by participation the program, the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation has been authorized to schedule and conduct briefing-seminars on the PAG-IBIG Housing Program To minimize disruption of working schedules and expenses, these briefing seminars shall be held within the respective premises of the participating agencies. Heads of offices concerned are authorized and enjoined to allow their employees to attend the seminars during official time.
