MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1172, November 12, 1979 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE ANNUAL SEMINAR OF THE PHILIPPINE HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION. The Philippine Historical Association will hold its annual seminar at the National Library Auditorium, Manila, from November 30 to December 1, 1979, on the theme: “THE NEW SOCIETY: AN IDEA IN ACTION.” The attendance of government historians in the said seminar is hereby authorized on official time only, but no expenditure of whatever nature of government funds in connection therewith shall be authorized. The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a complete report on their attendance or participation in the seminar as prescribed under Memorandum-Circular No. 987 dated June 10, 1977.1aшphi1 (SGD.)
