In Coordination with the Bureau of Cooperatives Development, and to enhance and strengthen the cooperative movement in the New Society, the following officials are hereby assigned to compose the Study Committee to evaluate and recommend appropriate action and remedial measures on all cooperative projects:

The Chairman is authorized to designate the staff of the Committee. The Committee may call upon any office, official or employee in the government including government-owned and controlled corporations for such assistance as it may need in the performance of its tasks. Bi-monthly meetings will be held and special meetings will be called as the need arises.
A monthly accomplishment report will be submitted to the President of the Philippines for appropriate action and to facilitate follow-up.1aшphi1
