MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1156, August 24, 1979 ] PREPARATION OF LEARNING MODULES FOR THE CRASH TRAINING PROGRAM ON FARM TECHNOLOGY TO : Deputy Minister, Incharge of Non-Formal Education, MEC Director, Bureau of Agricultural Extension Director, Bureau of Animal Industry Director, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Director, Bureau of Soils Director, Bureau of Forest Development Director, Bureau of Plant Industry Deputy Director, Lingap ng Pangulo sa Barangay 1. As part of the national effort to bring to the farmers technical advances on agriculture and natural resources, a group of writers representing the aforementioned agencies/bureaus shall be organized to prepare learning modules for the Crash Training Program on Farm Technology for the Farm Family. 2. The Non-Formal Education Office of the Ministry of Education and Culture shall serve as coordinating/monitoring agency. 3. Conferences/meeting shall be called by the Political Deputy Minister, Incharge of Non-Formal Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, to formulate strategies for the said preparation of learning modulo 4. The learning modules shall be written in Pilipino and translated into the eight major Philippine dialects. 5. The venue for the writing sessions shall be the Lingap ng Pangulo Sa Barangay Operations Center, National Media Production Center, Intramuros, Manila. 6. Attendance in the writing sessions shall be on official time only and transportation and daily allowances shall be borne by the agencies concerned.1aшphi1 7. All heads of agencies/bureaus concerned are enjoined to give the necessary direction and support to the writers. 8. It is desired that this Memorandum Circular be implemented immediately.
