MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1155, August 15, 1979 ] AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE DIFFERENT MINISTRIES, BUREAUS AND OFFICES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATION AND CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICES IN THE ANNUAL MASS CALISTHENICS COMMEMORATING THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE NEW SOCIETY As part of the celebration commemorating the anniversary of the New Society and in order to focus national attention on the physical fitness program of the New Society with the end in view of rallying national support for said program, a mass calisthenics will be staged at the Luneta grounds on September 21, 1979, starting at 6:00 a.m. on a joint project of the Kabataang Barangay, Inter-Department (Ministry) Employees Athletic League (IDEAL) , Government Corporations Athletic Association (GCAA), NYSD, and MEC. In order to assure adequate and meaningful participation of all concerned in this laudable activity, all heads of ministries and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government owned or controlled corporations and constitutional offices are hereby authorized to send reasonable number of officials and employees under them to attend and participate in this event.1aшphi1 All officials and employees concerned are hereby directed to give their full support to this project.
