TO: ALL HEADS OF MINISTRIES BUREAUS AND AGENCIES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

The Buklod ng mga Kabataang Kawani, Marawi Chapter, an organization of young government employees aged 30 years and below is sponsoring a Cultural Revival Presentation to be participated by the different ethnic groups in Mindanao.

The cultural program is in line with the policy of the government to preserve and develop the culture of the different ethnic groups in the country as part of our identity as a nation. It is through this gesture that understanding and unity can be genuinely achieved.

In this connection, regional offices of the national government, local government, government-owned and controlled corporations in Regions 9, 10, 11-and 12 are hereby directed to assist and extend support to the Buklod to ensure the success of the program.

The Buklod ng mga Kabataang Kauani, Marawi Chapter is hereby authorized to raise funds through solicitations from the different government agencies and instrumentalities in Regions 9, 10, 11 and 12.1aшphi1

The President of the Buklod ng mga Kabataang Kawani, Marawi Chapter, shall submit to the Civil Service Commission accomplishment and evaluation reports of the presentation, furnishing copies thereof to the Budget Commission, and the National and Regional Buklod Presidents. The report shall include a list of participants and financial statement of income and expenses duly audited by a Certified Public Accountant not connected with the organization.
