MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1145, June 1, 1979 ] TO : ALL HEADS OF MINISTRIES, AGENCIES, LOCAL UNITS INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS SUBJECT: ATTENDANCE IN THE BRIEFING ON CAREER SERVICE EXAMINATION OF BUKLOD MEMBERS ON OFFICIAL TIME The Civil Service Commission as the central personnel agency of the government is in charge of the conduct of selection processes and examinations to ensure the eligibility of competent manpower in the public service. In the conduct of the Career Service Examinations for both- the Professional and Sub-Professional level on June 17, 1979, the members of the Buklod ng mga Kabataang Kawani are tapped to serve as Procters in the different testing centers in the country. In this connection, all Buklod members who shall serve as Proctors are authorized to attend on official time the Briefing of Examiners and Proctors in their respective testing centers.1aшphi1 Please be guided accordingly.
