FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1120, ENTITLED “AUTHORIZING ATTACHED IN THE THIRD NATIONAL TRISECTORAL CONGRESS TO BE HELD BY THE NATIONAL SOCIAL ACTION COUNCIL.”

Memorandum Circular No. 1120 of this Office dated February 8, 1979, authorizing attendance in the Third National Trisectoral Congress to be held by the National Social Action Council on March 24-30, 1979 at Baguio City, is hereby further amended so as to allow the attendance thereat of one (1) delegate only from each government agency with expenses specified in the said Memorandum Circular No. 1120.1aшphi1
