[ Memorandum Circular No. 1128, March 2, 1979 ]
REMINDING ALL CONCERNED OF THE OBLIGATION TO FILE THEIR SWORN STATEMENTS OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3019, AS AMENDED BY PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1288, DATED JANUARY 24, 1978.
Section 7 of Republic Act No. 3019, otherwise known as the Anti-Graft Law, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1288, dated January 24, 1978, requires every public officer to file with the department head concerned his statement of assets and liabilities within thirty (30) days after assuming office and, thereafter, on or before the fifteenth day of April following the close of every calendar year, as well as upon the expiration of his term of office, or upon his resignation or separation from office.
All concerned are hereby reminded to file their Sworn Statements of Assets and Liabilities on or before April 15, 1979. The statement shall cover calendar year 1978.1aшphi1
Department heads or chiefs of independent offices shall file their statements with the Office of the President.
For this purpose, the form (Annex “A” only) prescribed under Letter of Instructions No. 262, dated March 31, 1975 shall be used.
