CREATING AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE PREPARATION AND ARRANGEMENT FOR THE HOLDING OF THE TWELFTH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK TO BE HELD IN MANILA ON MAY 2 TO 4, 1979.

There is hereby created an Executive Committee to assist in the preparation and arrangement for the holding of the 12th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank which will be held in Manila on May 2 to 4, 1979 composed of the following:
