Memorandum Circular No. 1124 of this Office dated February 14, 1979, amending Memorandum Circular No. 1065 dated June 16, 1978, so as to allow the attendance of participants in the Regional Conference-Workshop of the Government Training Officers Association of the Philippines, Inc. scheduled on February 19 – 23, 1979, at Baguio City, on official time only without expenditure of government funds of whatever nature in connection therewith, is hereby revoked. The attendance of participants to said conference with conference fees, per diems and expenses for transportation under Memorandum Circular No. 1065, is restored.1aшphi1 (SGD.) JACOBO C.
