AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1120, ENTITLED “AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE THIRD NATIONAL TRISECTORAL CONGRESS TO BE HELD BY THE NATIONAL SOCIAL ACTION COUNCIL.”

Memorandum Circular No. 1120 of this Office dated February 8, 1979 authorizing attendance, in the Third National Trisectoral Congress to be held by the National Social Action Council on March 24-30, 1979 at Baguio City, is hereby amended so as to allow the attendance of the participants thereto on official time only without expenditure of government funds of whatever nature in connection therewith.1aшphi1
