AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1065, ENTITLED “AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE REGIONAL CONFERENCE-WORKSHOPS OF THE GOVERNMENT TRAINING OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (GTOAP).”

Memorandum Circular No. 1065 of this Office dated June 16, 1978, authorizing attendance in the Regional Conference-Workshops of the Government Training Officers Association of the Philippines, Inc. on February 19-23, 1979 at Baguio City for Regions I, II and III, is hereby amended so as to allow the attendance of the participants thereto on official time only without expenditure of government funds of whatever nature in connection therewith.1aшphi1
