AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1119, ENTITLED “AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 13TH ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WORLD WAR VETERANS LEAGUE, INC.”

Memorandum Circular No. 1119 of this Office dated February 8, 1979, authorizing attendance in the 13th Annual General Assembly of the Government Employees World War Veterans League, Inc. to be held on April 18-20, 1979 at Dagupan City, is hereby amended so as to allow the attendance of the participants thereto on official time only without expenditure of government funds of whatever nature in connection herewith.1aшphi1
