MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1112, January 23, 1979 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1109 ENTITLED “AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SECOND ASEAN FORUM ON CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY.” Memorandum Circular No. 1109 of this Office dated January 9, 1979, authorizing attendance in the Second ASEAN Forum on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to be held at the Philippine Plaza Hotel, is hereby amended so as to reschedule the convention to February 11 – 15,1979, instead of February 11-13, 1979 and to allow the attendance, besides those already authorized under the said Memorandum Circular No. 1109, of social workers, psychologists, counsellors, nurses, teachers and others whose duties have something to do with Children and the youth even if they are not members of the Association, subject to the same terms and conditions specified in the said circular.1aшphi1 (SGD.)
