AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE COMPRO PHILIPPINES CORPORATION.

The Comoro Philippines Corporation will conduct a seminar-workshop on Human Resource Management (Program II for Government and Public Agencies) on December 11-15, 1978, at the Manila Mandarin Hotel. Among the modules or subject matters covered by the Program are “Behavioral Effects of Personnel Policies”, “Training Supervisors” and Motivation and Productivity.”

The attendance of not more than two (2) senior officials from each Ministry (including attached bureaus, offices, agencies and corporations) who are directly responsible for planning and implementing human resource development programs and who are stationed within the Metro Manila Area is herebyauthorized on official time with, a. seminar fee of P4,000.00 per participant, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual, accounting and” auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.

Each participant shall submit to his agency head a complete report on his attendance or participation in the seminar-workshop as prescribed under Memorandum Circular No.1aшphi1 987 dated June 10,1977 and prepare and conduct within one (1) month after the termination thereof an echo seminar within their respective ministries. Likewise, the organizer shall submit to this Office a report and evaluation of the seminar-workshop, copy furnished the Budget Commission, including a list of participants from the government sector indicating their respective offices.
