TO:HEADS-OF MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT- OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATION
COMPRO Philippines Corporation is holding a Seminar-Workshop on Human Resource Management and Organization Development (Programme II for government and all its agencies) on December 4 to 8, 1978 at the Manila Hotel.
The Seminar-Workshop is beamed towards creating awareness of techniques of motivation for improved performance in the Philippine setting. In view of the relevance of the subject of the Seminar to public personnel administration you are hereby requested to authorize all Assistant Secretaries for Personnel Management and Development to attend said Seminar-Workshop.
The Seminar fee is Four Thousand Pesos (4,000.00) per participant, chargeable against appropriations of their respective offices as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.
The Seminar-Workshops have been granted accreditation by the Civil Service Commission and due authorization from the Budget Commission.1aшphi1
The Ateneo Graduate School of Business will extend academic credit of three (3) academic units in the HBO course of its MBA Program to participants who complete the program and submit a paper to be determined during the Seminar-Workshop with the assistance of the program consultants.
Each participant shall submit to his agency head a complete report on his attendance as participant in the Seminar-Workshops as required under Memorandum Circular No. 987 dated June 10, 1978 within one month after termination thereof.
