AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1076 ENTITLED “AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL IN THE 4TH NATIONAL CULTURAL CONFERENCE-WORKSHOP SPONSORED BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT CULTURAL ASSOCIATION.”

Memorandum Circular No. 1076, dated August 22, 1978, authorizing attendance in the 4th National Cultural Conference-Workshop sponsored by the Philippine Government Cultural Association, to be held in Metro Manila on October 4-6, 1978, is hereby amended so as to extend the conference to October 7, 1978.1aшphi1
