CONSIDERING THE POLL SERVICE PREVIOUSLY RENDERED BY TEACHERS AND OTHER PUBLIC SCHOOL PERSONNEL AS EQUIVALENT TO RURAL SERVICE.

The provisions any previous issuances to the contrary notwithstanding, teachers and other public school personnel who performed poll duties in the December, 1977 referendum and/or the April, 1978 election for members of the Interim Batasang Pambansa (IBP) are hereby considred as having fully compile with the rural service requirement for the 1977-78 year of the Paglilingkod: Bagong Lipunan Program pursuant to LOI 559, s. 1977, irrespective of the number of such poll duties.1aшphi1
