TO: ALL HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS AND AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS
SUBJECT: Attendance of the Graduates of the First Future Leaders Program to the First Future Leaders Follow-Through Seminar

The Future Leaders Program, a joint project of the Civil Service Commission and the National Defense College of the Philippines, will conduct a Follow-Through Seminar on July 2 to 9, 1978 at Fort Bonifacio, Metro, Manila.

The Future Leaders Follow-Through Seminar shall be part of the evaluation system of the Future Leaders Program. It is designed to complement and reinforce the leadership knowledge and skills gained from the Future Leaders Training Course. It shall also provide the graduates with an opportunity to deliberate on common and relevant experiences which may serve as empirical bases for suggestions and recommendations to improve the Future Leaders Program.

In view of these significant objectives, all heads of deportments, bureaus and agencies, including government owned and controlled corporations and local governments, are hereby enjoined to allow the graduates of the First Future Leaders Training Program in their respective agencies, to attend said seminar. Reasonable expenses for transportation, per diems and other expenses incidental to the holding of the seminar shall be chargeable against the appropriations of the respective offices of the graduates in accordance with the provisions of Letter of Instructions No. 344, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127, series of 1973, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements as an exception to Memorandum Circular So, 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.

The Civil Service Commission and the National Defense College of the Philippines shall coordinate with the agencies concerned in connection with this Course.1aшphi1
