Memorandum Circular No. 1057 of this Office dated April 24, 1978, authorizing attendance in the First National Convention of the Public Relations Organization of the Philippines, Inc. to be held on May 17-19, 1978, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), is hereby amended so as to reschedule the convention on June 21-23, 1978.1aшphi1
