[ Memorandum Circular No. 1028, January 5, 1978 ]
REMINDING ALL CONCERNED OF THE OBLIGATION TO FILE THEIR SWORN STATEMENTS OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3019, AS AMENDED BY PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 677, DATED MARCH 31, 1975.
Section 7 of Republic Act No. 3019, otherwise known as the Anti-Graft Law, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 677, dated March 31, 1975, requires every public officer to file with the department head concerned his statement of assets and liabilities within thirty (30) days after assuming office, and within the month of January every year thereafter, as well as upon the expiration of his term of office, or upon his resignation or separation from office.
All concerned are hereby reminded to file their Sworn Statements of Assets and Liabilities within the month of January, 1978. The statement shall cover calendar year 1977.
Department heads or chiefs of independent offices shall file their statements with the Office of the President.1aшphi1
For this purpose, the form (Annex “A” only) prescribed under Letter of Instructions No. 262, dated March 31, 1975, shall be used.
