ENJOINING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXHIBITION SPONSORED BY THE PHILIPPINE CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND EXHIBITIONS (PHILCITE).

The Philippine Center for International Trade and Exhibitions (PHILCITE) will hold an exhibit entitled “Government in Action” on September 10-23, 1977, to celebrate the founding of the New Society. The “Government in Action” will disseminate information on different projects and programs such as infrastructure, energy development, population control and others. As this exhibit will display with greater impact the necessary partnership between the people and the government in the realization and achievement of our development goals, government departments, agencies, corporations and other entities concerned with development projects, are hereby enjoined to participate in the exhibition.

The expenditure of funds necessary in connection with their participation is hereby authorized, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
